Only homeowners have access to the remote entry kiosk at the front gate. Lot owners are entitled to have a gate card or or gate clicker only. Any guests of a lot owner (does not own a home) must be accompanied by the lot owner at all times.
Special Announcement! The back buzzard gate is now complete and is functioning as intended. If you need a gate clicker programmed for that back gate please email your transponder ID number along with your name, address and phone number to the Board at Riverbendpoaboard@gmail.com and it will be programmed. We will email you back when complete. You can also drop a note with the above info at the gatehouse.
