Riverbend POA offers the following payment options to pay for your yearly assessment:

1. AppFolio’s Homeowner Portal
You can pay your dues through your Appfolio homeowner portal with Town and Country. You will need to have an email address submitted to Town and Country.

Go to:  https://townandcountrypropertymgmt.appfolio.com/connect Login or create an account and select “make a payment” or set up autopay with your information. Payment Fees:
Credit card – 3.49% ; Debit card – $9.99 ; ECheck (bank account and routing number required) – $2.49

2. Alliance Association Bank- (Currently, no fees associated with Echeck only).
To pay your dues through Alliance Association Bank, navigate to the website:  https://pay.allianceassociationbank.com/home?cmcid=C830BF00.  You can create an account to save payment information or make a one-time payment without creating an account.

One-time payment – no account:Select the ECheck payment option. Enter the following:

Management Company ID: 7529
Association ID: 48
Property Account Number: «Homeowner Lockbox ID»-You will need to get this from Town and Country or your statement

Recurring payment or to save payment info:Enter your name, address, phone number, email address, and select 3 security questions for account protection. Then, select “Add Property” and enter the following:

Management Company ID: 7529
Association ID: 48
Property Account Number: «Homeowner Lockbox ID» You will need to get this from Town and Country or your statement

Once completed, you will need to select “Dashboard” and make a payment or setup scheduled payments. 

3. Bank Bill Pay Service
To pay your dues through your bank’s bill pay service, contact your bank to set up. Mailing address is the PO Box listed below. Ensure your check is made payable to your association and the memo includes:

Property Account Number: «Homeowner Lockbox ID» You will need to get this from Town and Country or your statement

4. Mail your Check To:
Riverbend POA (Include your Property Account Number «Homeowner Lockbox ID» on your check.)
